In a bowl, mix 1/4 of a cup (60ml) of cold water with one serving (1/2 cup) of RYSE Protein Pancakes Mix and whisk until the batter is smooth. The batter will thicken naturally.
Preheat your pan to low heat and lightly coat with nonstick spray. Add batter to the pan and cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown (time may vary based on the heat used). Remove from the frying pan, let cool for 1-2 minutes, and then enjoy!
