Evri (formerly Hermes), UK Mail and Royal Mail will attempt to deliver on Saturdays and Evri also deliver on Sundays. Delivery to a 'safe place' or to a neighbour is the courier's default option if you aren't available to accept the parcel. If you don't wish for your parcel to be left in a 'safe place' or with a neighbour, you must contact us or adjust this via your tracking page.
All deliveries can be fully tracked by following the link in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us if you have not received one. Delivery to a safe place or neighbour is regarded the same as hand delivery to you. If you do not want your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour please notify us before shipment.
