BUSINESS MOVE & DISPATCH DELAYS (VERY IMPORTANT) - DATE ADDED: 10/08/2026

 

Thank you for your continued support of our family business in 2026 so far. We've got some exciting and important news to share: We're moving to a bigger and better warehouse along with a brand-new physical store!

 

Our new premises will be located at: Protein Package, Building 21, Stanmore Business Park, Bridgnorth, WV15 5HR, United Kingdom. As part of our move to our new and improved warehouse, our current warehouse, where we dispatch orders from, will be closed on the following dates:

 

Wednesday 12th August
Thursday 13th August
Friday 14th August
Saturday 15th August
Sunday 16th August

 

To avoid your delivery being affected, please place your order by midday on Tuesday 11th August. We have chosen mid-August as it is typically a quieter period for us due to the summer get-away, mitigating the impact on customers as much as possible.

 

Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed and dispatched once regular warehouse operations resume. Please be aware that our usual same-working-day dispatch service will remain temporarily unavailable while we complete the move and work through the resulting backlog from the closure.

 

We are aiming to process all affected orders from Monday 17th August onwards as quickly as possible and dispatch sooner where possible. We cannot yet confirm exact dispatch times after midday on Tuesday 11th August until we see how the move goes. We therefore recommend ordering ahead wherever possible to avoid delays.

 

Important to understand: The delivery times stated at checkout are the service we ship via once the order is dispatched; due to the warehouse closure, this for example means an express order estimated 1-2 working day delivery placed on Wednesday 12th August might not be dispatched or collected from us until the following week on Tuesday 18th August where it would then be shipped on an express estimated 1-2 working day service.

WARM WEATHER policy (VERY IMPORTANT: Now Applicable) - DATE ADDED: 15/06/2026

 

We use high-quality protective packaging on all orders to ensure safe delivery and provide as much insulation against the heat as possible. Throughout the summer months, extremely high temperatures for UK standards can cause some products to soften or melt whilst in transit. We keep all products at a cool constant temperature in our warehouse, and our couriers also keep shipments in cool storage before they leave on delivery day. Once out for delivery, goods are not chilled as chilled deliveries cost in excess of £30 per delivery which is not viable for our customers or us.

 

Since the weather is out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for any melting or softening that occurs to your products. This means we are unable to offer any form of refund, including exchanges or credit, so we have the following tips to follow:

 

TIP 1: Do not attempt to open melted snacks (unless you usually microwave your protein snacks… in that case, enjoy!) place your Protein Package in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours, then devour! This will return products to their original state; they may not look as pretty, but the taste, texture and nutritional value will all still be there!

 

TIP 2: Where possible, ensure that you are in for your delivery to avoid multiple attempts, reducing the risk of heat exposure.

 

TIP 3: Select a quicker shipping service at the checkout, such as Express Delivery (Est. 1-2 working days).

 

TIP 4: If you do not want to risk having any melted goods, please add a note on the cart page instructions for us to 'dispatch after warm weather', which we will happily accommodate to completely avoid any product melt risk.

For international orders outside of Europe, deliveries naturally take longer due to the additional distance from the UK. Please check that your country allows the import of our products and corresponding ingredients before ordering. Some of our products are perishable, bear in mind that if your international parcel is delayed, it can have a knock-on best before date implications - by placing an order you accept this.

 

Parcels will only begin to track once they've cleared customs and are with your domestic courier in the destination country, if your tracking hasn't updated, this means it's still in customs.

 

Orders above 2kg may not have a service available at the checkout due to courier weight restrictions, if this is the case, please get in touch for bespoke delivery support.
