Christmas Delivery: Our courier options have advised this year's estimated Christmas delivery cut-off will be Thursday 19th December at 4pm. Due to it being the busiest shipping time of the year and the cut-off not being a 100% guaranteed timeframe, we strongly advise all customers to try to order as early as possible in the week commencing December 16th in case of any unforeseen delivery delays in your area. This message supersedes any other timeframes stated on the website.

Christmas Dispatching: We will be dispatching orders as usual until Christmas Eve at 4pm and will resume normal service 2nd January 2025. We will be dispatching orders on December 30th to ease volumes when we return to normal on 2nd January 2025. Therefore, your order might be shipped earlier than expected but this can't be gauranteed. This message supersedes any other timeframes stated on the website.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day including weekends. Please be aware that during busy periods such as Christmas and Easter it may take longer to receive your Protein Package. We have our full shipping policy available online for further details.

For international orders outside of Europe, deliveries naturally take longer due to the additional distance from the UK. Please check that your country allows the import of our products and corresponding ingredients before ordering. Some of our products are perishable, bear in mind that if your international parcel is delayed, it can have a knock-on best before date implications - by placing an order you accept this.

Parcels will only begin to track once they've cleared customs and are with your domestic courier in the destination country, if your tracking hasn't updated, this means it's still in customs.

Orders above 2kg may not have a service available at the checkout due to courier weight restrictions, if this is the case, please get in touch for bespoke delivery support.
