I’m trying to eat more protein and am obviously ensuring that I am focussing on lean meats, beans, yogurt etc but often when it’s a busy day I just grab one of these and I’m good for 25g of protein. I really like the taste, it’s not synthetic tasting at all and not sweet like many others. I have a bunch of these ready in my fridge.
