These are like protein wotsits, small but crunchy and filled with protein so works great for when I'm on Keto
I'm not a fan of protein bars so when I had these I was amazed at how well they hid the protein taste whilst being 55% protein. Don't let the small packs fool you, they are both filling & spicy! Look forward to some more flavours
