The great-tasting Protein Croissant is just like your usual fresh-baked treat but with fewer calories (just 185), only 0.5-grams of sugar and a respectable 13-grams of total protein content.

I bought both the plain and the chocolate filled croissant and thought they were both super yummy! I love a pastry in the morning but always struggled to fit them into my protein goals, but these croissants are perfect for people looking to have a sweet but healthy breakfast! Chocolate one was definitely my favourite as the plain one was a little dry but still would buy again!
