Each 12-gram serving should be mixed with cold water and contains a huge 350mg of energy-boosting caffeine, 4,000mg of citruline malate, 1,000mg of taurine and 25mg of AstraGin for better nutrient absorption.

The information below supersedes all other delivery information and T&Cs on the website, so it is very important that this is clearly understood before placing any order.
For delivery estimated before Christmas Day, the courier companies are recommending ordering by 3pm Thursday 18th December, for an estimated delivery attempt before Christmas Day on all delivery services (express and standard).
This is not guaranteed by the couriers and rather a best estimate, therefore, we highly recommend ordering well before the cut-off just in case there are any unexpected delays with your order and goods need to be replaced or reshipped, allowing us the time to arrange that before 3pm Thursday 18th December.
Orders placed after Thursday 18th December 3pm will still be dispatched up until 3pm Monday 22nd December and could likely still arrive before Christmas Day, but are outside of the courier's current advice.
We will then be closing the entire business (including customer services) from Christmas Eve at midday until 8am Friday 2nd January 2026.
This means any orders placed after 3pm Monday 22nd December might not be dispatched until Friday 2nd January 2026. Please bear this in mind, as that is 11 days during which no dispatching or courier collections from us will take place.
It is very important that you only place an order after reading the above, as we will not be able to cancel orders placed during this period, as the system will be auto-generating shipment labels for our reopening on Friday 2nd January 2026.

When I first took this, I took a full scoop, had an amazing workout, but was so sick after, shaky, muscle spasms, nausea, and I swore I’d never take it again. Fast forward 2 months and I ran out of my low caffeine pre workout, so decided to give rocket fuel another Try, but less than half a scoop. Fantastic workout from it, stronger, loads of energy, and no sickness.

I’ve been searching for a pre that blew my head off and boy did I find it. Took this for the first time this morning and it’s like some kind of illegal drug. One scoop is way too much and usually pres don’t affect me that much. It’s a Wednesday morning and I feel like I’ve been up all night dancing and now on some weird come down.
Do not take a full scoop of this unless you’re used to it. It’s dangerous. I’ll take a quarter of a scoop next time and hope for the best. It gives you cold sweats, tingles, head rush, not something I really wanted on a random Wednesday before work. Take at your own peril!!
