The Redcon1 Total War RTD is one of the Best Pre Workout i had so far ! i really like te taste Sour Gummy Bear, for sure i will order it again
I've taken the sour gummy bear pre workout 3 times now. Numbers have gone up in the gym and training feels good, nice buzz. That is, until I've had to emergency evacuate midway through my session to go to the toilet. Apologies for the info but be wary, 3 times I've taken this and 3 times I've had out of control liquid ass. If you're constipated it may be a good way to clear you out 😭
