Delivered wrong item and never got a refund when sent back

I have just replied back to your email from yesterday as the refund was previously processed back to you already.
If you can kindly get back to me there, we can investigate this and we will happily sort a manual bank transfer for you if there is some kind of processing error.
UPDATE: We have since confirmed with the customer the refund has been fully received via direct correspondence. If it's possible to kindly update the review that would be greatly appreciated.
