Consume one or two scoops daily of PER4M Creatine Sherbet (equating to 2.5-grams or 5-grams of Creatine Monohydrate). To consume, pour one scoop directly into your mouth and allow it to dissolve and fizz before swallowing. For a 5-gram serving, consume a second scoop after the first has been fully consumed.
