Mix one standard scoop (5-grams) of the PER4M Creatine Monohydrate with water or flavoured juice and drink any time.
Loading Phase: Use one serving, four times daily for five days.
Maintenance Phase: Then continue to use one serving per day as required. Use before or after exercise.
