I've been training for many years, and have tried many different brands of whey protein, this is my go to, I'm now buying it in big bags from Protein Package, I've looked at a lot of places online and PP are slightly cheaper with the shipping costs to Jersey, ci.uk.
I Normally buy the vanilla ice cream flavour, but sometimes i mix it up with a different flavour..
Great post workout / recovery and i also blend a shake up in the morning with a banana or whatever I feel like at the time, the flavour is delicious, it doesn't have that fake chemical taste that some brands do.
Highly recommend Optimum Nutrition, I see great gains with this product, it depends what training your doing, but this is high protein, low carb, if you bulking you use this product, depends on diet as well.

Got what I ordered quickly. Used a code I googled for a cheeky discount. The protein is gigantic. Best value, plus you get gains from lifting the bag. Chocolate flavour is nice. Try with coffee granules. One legged squats ain’t no thang no more.
