The information below supersedes all other delivery information and T&Cs on the website, so it is very important that this is clearly understood before placing any order.
For delivery estimated before Christmas Day, the courier companies are recommending ordering by 3pm Thursday 18th December, for an estimated delivery attempt before Christmas Day on all delivery services (express and standard).
This is not guaranteed by the couriers and rather a best estimate, therefore, we highly recommend ordering well before the cut-off just in case there are any unexpected delays with your order and goods need to be replaced or reshipped, allowing us the time to arrange that before 3pm Thursday 18th December.
Orders placed after Thursday 18th December 3pm will still be dispatched up until 3pm Monday 22nd December and could likely still arrive before Christmas Day, but are outside of the courier's current advice.
We will then be closing the entire business (including customer services) from Christmas Eve at midday until 8am Friday 2nd January 2026.
This means any orders placed after 3pm Monday 22nd December might not be dispatched until Friday 2nd January 2026. Please bear this in mind, as that is 11 days during which no dispatching or courier collections from us will take place.
It is very important that you only place an order after reading the above, as we will not be able to cancel orders placed during this period, as the system will be auto-generating shipment labels for our reopening on Friday 2nd January 2026.

Prime hydration prices are too high. Other then that great service!
I ordered 2 bottles of Prime, Metamoon & Strawberry Banana. I received Metamoon & Strawberry Watermelon. Both were passed their use by date.
Update 21.10.2024. After posting my initial 1 star review I was contacted by George, who could not have been more helpful. He was genuinely upset that I had been sent out of date goods and asked me to send photos of the best before end dates on the bottles. Once I had done this he checked his stock, found that Prime had indeed supplied him with out of date stock so immediately gave me a refund.
Whilst my initial experience was a disappoint one, the actions taken thereafter and have changed my mind about using this company again in the future. Well done George!
