For delivery estimated before Christmas Day, the courier companies are recommending ordering by 3pm Thursday 18th December, for an estimated delivery attempt before Christmas Day on all delivery services (express and standard).
This is not guaranteed by the couriers and rather a best estimate, therefore, we highly recommend ordering well before the cut-off just in case there are any unexpected delays with your order and goods need to be replaced or reshipped, allowing us the time to arrange that before 3pm Thursday 18th December.
Orders placed after Thursday 18th December 3pm will still be dispatched up until 3pm Monday 22nd December and could likely still arrive before Christmas Day, but are outside of the courier's current advice.
We will then be closing the entire business (including customer services) from Christmas Eve at midday until 8am Friday 2nd January 2026.
This means any orders placed after 3pm Monday 22nd December might not be dispatched until Friday 2nd January 2026. Please bear this in mind, as that is 11 days during which no dispatching or courier collections from us will take place.
It is very important that you only place an order after reading the above, as we will not be able to cancel orders placed during this period, as the system will be auto-generating shipment labels for our reopening on Friday 2nd January 2026.

Ultimately I was hoping for more of a hard pop tart style experience and was a little disappointed with this being the exact texture of almost all protein “cookies”. That said, it’s actually really tasty! I’m diabetic (gestational) and have found these are an amazing sweet treat that doesn’t spike my blood sugars in the way a regular pop tart would. I’d buy these again, they’re quite pricey though so not a regular purchase for me. I tried the blueberry one the fudge Sunday and the cherry one, all equally as good as each other, just depends what you fancy!
Wonderful customer service, nothing is too much for them . Amazing range of gluten free products which are also low calorie. Fast shipping . 3rd time ordering and will definitely continue ordering from them
