Grenade's Carb Killa Protein Shakes offer a convenient, delicious way to easily hit your protein goals and improve muscle recovery. Unlike other ready to drink (RTD) protein milkshakes on the market, Grenade Carb Killa's are super creamy yet satisfyingly smooth and come in five indulgent flavours.
Each pack comes with eight resealable 330-millilitres bottles that contain huge levels of protein (25-grams to be exact) for such a compact product. P.S. The resealable lids aren't needed that often, they taste so good, it's hard to resist gulping it down in one.
Still not tempted? All five flavours are also low in sugars, under 200 calories and have only 8-grams of carbs per serving which was unheard of before Grenade launched their shakes following the Carb Killa Protein Bars success.

Shake well before drinking the Grenade Protein Shakes and consume any time during the day.
Store between 5°C and 25°C when unopened. Once the lid is open, consume within 12 hours and keep chilled.

The information below supersedes all other delivery information and T&Cs on the website, so it is very important that this is clearly understood before placing any order.
For delivery estimated before Christmas Day, the courier companies are recommending ordering by 3pm Thursday 18th December, for an estimated delivery attempt before Christmas Day on all delivery services (express and standard).
This is not guaranteed by the couriers and rather a best estimate, therefore, we highly recommend ordering well before the cut-off just in case there are any unexpected delays with your order and goods need to be replaced or reshipped, allowing us the time to arrange that before 3pm Thursday 18th December.
Orders placed after Thursday 18th December 3pm will still be dispatched up until 3pm Monday 22nd December and could likely still arrive before Christmas Day, but are outside of the courier's current advice.
We will then be closing the entire business (including customer services) from Christmas Eve at midday until 8am Friday 2nd January 2026.
This means any orders placed after 3pm Monday 22nd December might not be dispatched until Friday 2nd January 2026. Please bear this in mind, as that is 11 days during which no dispatching or courier collections from us will take place.
It is very important that you only place an order after reading the above, as we will not be able to cancel orders placed during this period, as the system will be auto-generating shipment labels for our reopening on Friday 2nd January 2026.

I have emailed you twice because your delivery address, which you provided at the checkout, has no house number or house name - only a road name. It's therefore impossible for the courier to deliver your goods to you.
