Level up your protein by mixing 53-grams (3 scoops) of Fuel Cakes powder with 60ml of chilled water to form a smooth batter. Cook on a non-stick pan with medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Increase the protein level by replacing water with skimmed milk or add half the amount of milk paired with one medium-sized egg for 23-grams of protein per serving.
