With only 0.2-grams of sugar and 1-gram of fat, they can be enjoyed syn-free. Fitbakes Cakes are suitable for vegetarians and contain four 19-gram cakes per packet.

When buying these I was skeptical at first, I thought the typical protein texture that comes with protein snacks would overpower it but I was pleasantly surprised. Protein texture is not present at all, they taste exactly how they're advertised. One of my favourite pre-workout snacks! Would highly recommend.
I was gobsmacked when I ate my first one of these. I was taken back to childhood! Tasted EXACTLY like the classic 'Fabulous Bakin' Boys Choccy Cupcakes' I would love to buy hundreds of these after only trying one!
Delicious cake and even nicer than before they have a thick layer of chocolate and they are such a treat.
