If you're a fan of the original nougat Barebells Protein Bar then you're guaranteed to love this all-new flavour which adds a crispy coating, delightful hints of vanilla wafer and comes topped with crunchy hazelnuts.
Similar to the other Barebells flavours, there are no added sugars and 20-grams of milk-based proteins to support muscle growth and recovery. Believe it or nut!

These Barebell Protein Bars ( White Salty Peanut) are delicious, I know when consuming protein bars as a pre or post food we can tend to devour these bars rapidly, but believe me, these are best enjoyed slowly,, take a bite and then put it down and chew the bar correctly, this is not only a better way to eat foods but a healthier way too, and trust me when I say,, do this with these bars in particular and it will release flavours to savour rather than the blandness that can sometimes be experienced other times. They are also perfect as that healthier on the go snack in between workouts, be to always have a couple of these in your bag. You won’t regret it,,

Whilst n9t my go þo brand, tasted good and is always useful to have when trying to lose weight. Would use it again, but i would diversify with flavours.
