Following the outbreak of COVID-19 in the UK we’ve put in place several measures to protect all our customers as well as our staff, we have made sure that our business is as prepared as possible.
We are closely following the UK Government and Public Health England guidelines. As a purely online retailer, we are considered an essential service, therefore, we will be operating as normal.
Couriers will now attempt to deliver to a safe place where possible and no longer require a signature, this will reduce physical contact and adhere to the social distancing guidelines in place. Delivery to a safe place is now the standard method of delivery. You can select your preferred safe place by contacting us directly or by leaving a note on your order.
The couriers we ship via are subject to change during this period of uncertainty. Delivery costs have risen, we will be absorbing the cost over this difficult period.

- We are still dispatching orders on time as normal, some couriers are experiencing area-specific delays on the estimated delivery timeframes due to the unprecedented demand on the UK postal services. If your order appears to be slightly delayed please allow some extra time before getting in touch with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any form of compensation on slight delays during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- DPD have discontinued their express service for the foreseeable future, all express orders will now be shipped via alternative express services that have the same estimated delivery time and features such as UPS, DHL and Hermes.
