The FitFork Protein Pots are the ideal healthy meals for busy people. With an unrivalled taste, they're packed with protein (20-grams), low in fat and high in fibre.
FitForks have four variants bursting with flavour to select from: Chicken Vegetable Noodles, Mixed Bean Chilli, Orignal Curry and Thai Green Curry.
Simply add boiling water and leave to stand for 3-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. FitForks also have a vegan-friendly range available.
Ingredients: Instant Noodles (Durum Wheat Semolina) (40%), Dried Vegetables (21%) (Courgette, Green Pea, Carrot, Mushroom, Sweetcorn), Pea Protein, Chicken Protein Isolate (11%), Potato Starch, Salt, Natural Flavour (Mustard, Celery), Chicory Root Fibre, Maltodextrin, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Cracked Black Pepper, Parsley, Thyme, Paprika Extract. These taste great, however I end up having to leave the lid on for more like 10 mins to get it to soften up. Not sure if I’m doing sommit wrong?
