Ordered two different protein tubs, but there was a problem with Evri delivery. George had identified there was a problem and had already posted out 2 replacements on a 24 hour delivery which arrived next day. Communication from George was spot on and even followed up after delivery to ensure they had arrived. A top class example of customer care and will 100% be using them from now on to order my protein going forward.

This is a great company - the best in my experience - for those looking for a wide range of protein products and excellent customer service. If you have a query about a product the managers are easy to contact by telephone or email. They have an excellent knowledge of the products and this can help a great deal. In the selection of your items. If you are buying in bulk best before dates can be an important factor and they are always happy to supply this information. I love the pick and mix deal which enables you to try products before committing to a full box - because I find that protein bars are so much a question of personal taste and so product reviews can be of limited value. . But by purchasing at least ten items you are guaranteed a discount on the individual price. The items are always packed with great care and arrive promptly. I’ve never had ant problems even though I live in a block of flats because the company ensure full instructions on access are passed onto the delivery company. The only disappointment is when a product I like is out of stock but they can let you know when it is available again if you leave you email address. I do look out for special offers and I must admit that when I have the offer of free delivery that is a real bonus. And they do offer to try and price match deals from other companies. The truth is that they are a superb company providing customers with a first rate service.
